Tasked with creating faux storefronts to mark the entrances to the meeting room spaces, we custom-built millwork elements that were painted, clad with graphics, and finished with laser-cut details to complete the requested look.
Designed as free-standing structures, the 8-foot-tall components were reinforced with weighted elements to ensure stability.
Hedges and green turf flooring complemented these elements and completely transformed the convention center’s standard ballroom space.
Real produce was incorporated to add another layer of authenticity to the composition.
